Why our baskets?
For our gift baskets, we offer a carefully curated selection of impeccably high-quality pharmacy products. Our baby gift baskets contain quality, designer items made from premium raw materials. We offer a wide variety of styles, colors, and items, or if you prefer, we can design a custom baby gift basket tailored to your preferences and budget. All our gift baskets are made in Spain using traditional basketry techniques.

Is there a physical store?
We do not have a physical store, which is why shipping costs are free for orders over €45, which includes 90% of the gift basket catalog.

When will you receive your order?
- Orders placed Monday to Friday: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 PM will be delivered within 24 hours, and orders received after 3 PM will be delivered within 48 hours, except for those received on Friday after 3 PM, which will be delivered the following Monday. - Orders placed on Friday: Orders placed on Friday before 3 PM will be delivered on Monday, and orders received after 3 PM will be delivered the following Tuesday. - Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Tuesday, and orders received on public holidays will be delivered within 48 hours. If the order is received before 1 PM, it can be delivered the same day, between 4 PM and 7 PM, Monday to Friday, for an additional charge and by selecting same-day delivery.

How do I personalize the greeting card?
All gift baskets include a greeting card that you can personalize on the order form. You can also send us your own card, personal or business, by courier, and we'll include it with your basket. We also offer a video greeting service: simply record a video, upload it to our system, and we'll send it to the recipient with a QR code on the greeting card and a direct download URL. Both greeting options are compatible and free of charge.

Can I customize my baskets?
Yes, all baskets can be personalized. You can add or change products, or choose the basket you like best and design the interior yourself. Alternatively, you can tell us your budget and we will create different baskets for you, send you photos so you can see the results, and you can choose the one you like best.

Delivery method and address
Orders will be delivered in person. If the package is redirected to a different location than the original one, Farmacestas will be obliged to charge an additional €3 for shipping. If the redirection is within the same location, there will be no charge. If the delivery is to a clinic or hospital, it is important that you provide the mother's phone number, full name, and room number (if known) on the Order Form. In the event that, for reasons beyond our control, an item is out of stock at the time of delivery, it will be replaced with another of the same characteristics, quality, and price. Our items will be shipped properly packaged to protect them during transport and ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What happens if the mother is no longer present at the time of delivery to a hospital or clinic?
If the mother is no longer in the hospital because she has been discharged, Farmacestas should be notified as soon as possible to change the delivery address. Otherwise, we will contact her directly to arrange a delivery time.

What time will my order be delivered?
We do not guarantee a specific delivery time. Our network of couriers will dispatch your order during their regular opening hours, always ensuring delivery before 7:00 PM Monday to Friday and before 2:00 PM on Saturdays.

How do I know if my order has been delivered correctly?
FARMACESTAS guarantees that all your orders will be fulfilled during the regular opening hours of the assigned delivery driver on the delivery date you specify. If, for any reason, your order cannot be processed, our customer service team will contact you as soon as the driver informs you of the problem. If you do not hear from us, it means your order has been personally delivered by the driver. If you become aware that your order has not reached the recipient, please notify us at contacto@farmacestas.com, indicating your order number, or contact us at 34 91 0588374 or via WhatsApp at 34 676624317. Alternatively, if you have registered on our website, you can track your delivery and/or check the confirmation using your account in the "My Account -> My Orders -> Status" section, where you can find the tracking number.

How is the baby basket shipped?
The gift baskets are sent in transparent cellophane paper, with a satin or raffia ribbon matching the colors of the basket and according to the model, and in a box full of balloons and with its own smell.

Does the shipment include an invoice?
The invoice will never be included in the shipment, as we understand it to be a gift and therefore do not include any valuable documents. The invoice will be sent by email to the address provided in the order on the same day it is placed. If you wish to download a copy and are registered, you can do so in your customer profile.

What is your return policy?
Our top priority at Farmacestas is customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, you have seven (7) business days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of return or withdrawal, in accordance with Articles 69 to 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. To return the item and its accessories (if applicable), they must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with no missing components), and in their original packaging and with all original labeling. Otherwise, the item will be subject to depreciation. The customer will choose the return shipping method, with Correos (Spanish Postal Service) being the most economical option. To initiate a return, please send us the completed enclosed form. The return address is: Farmacestas, Calle Benito Monfort, 5, 28042, Madrid. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse and its condition has been verified, a refund will be issued. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return form is located at the bottom of the page. Refunds: For items delivered to your home, shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be equal to the purchase price of the returned product and will be processed as soon as possible after we receive and inspect the merchandise (no later than 15 days). The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order (credit/debit card or PayPal). In these cases, interbank processing times may delay the credit to your account by a few days. For cash-on-delivery payments, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account number provided by the customer. Note: The following items cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons: Baby cosmetics and hygiene products, and cosmetics and hygiene products for mothers. In any case, returns of defective products and incorrect shipments will be accepted, with Farmacestas covering the shipping costs, provided the customer reports the issue within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment.
